Make sure you have activated the secure Wi-Fi before continuing with the actions:

 

  • Wi-Fi house
  • Wi-Fi from your smartphone
  • Other secured Wi-Fi points

Go to the Settings> Connection menu and click on External Wi-Fi.

Activate the External Wi-Fi option.
Select the available Wi-Fi.
Enter the password and validate.
The network is now connected.
